See you at the MELT method hand & foot workshop

Just a quick reminder to bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, paper and pencil (in case you want to write anything down), and wear comfortable clothes.  I will have ball kits available for purchase after class, cost is $40.  If you know of someone who'd like to come, but hasn't signed up yet,  tell them to show up, and they can write a check to rec & ed.

Requirements: dress comfortably, bring water bottle, and a yoga mat, props supplied

Fee: Open to residents and non-residents, $25. prior registration is necessary,
